Past Performance
Program Management – In the role of General Manager, Johnetta Thurston successfully provided Program/Project Management oversight for the U.S. Army/Department of Defense (DOD) through a combination of several large and small multi-year contracts (with a contract value of over 100 million dollars and a staff of over 500 employees). The span of program management consisted of projects with less complex technical and geographical requirements to large scale requirements involving multiple high-level technical capabilities consisting of a large labor force spread across multiple sites across the United States. We have consistently delivered services on time and on budget while maintaining a high level fill rate and highly competent staff.
Recruitment & Staff Augmentation- Delivered technical, managerial, and administrative personnel for clients such as DOD and the Department of Labor (DOL). Successfully saved money for our clients by devising a variety of methods to recruit, thereby reducing previous time to fill positions from 3-6 months to under 21 days. This system benefitted our clients with increased cost savings.
Human Resources and Administrative Management- Provided project management oversight of administrative services to Walter Reed Army Medical Center in what was the largest administrative services contract in support of the U.S. Army Northern Regional Medical Command (NRMC) in the successful execution of the largest hospital move in DOD history. Services included relocation, continuity of care, and maintenance of clinical as well as non-clinical departments (with over 68 labor categories)
